Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Applied
Once we receive your application, a member of our team will review it. If you are a potential match, we’ll schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experience.
- Stage 2
Phone Screen
Candidates selected for a phone screen will be scheduled for a 20-30 minute phone call with a hiring staff member to discuss the position.
- Stage 3
Interview Deliverable
Candidates advancing from the 1st round interview will be asked to complete an assignment relevant to the position duties. Time spent on the deliverable will be limited to 2-3 hours, and candidates will be compensated for their time.
- Stage 4
Reference Checks
Once a final candidate is selected, we will conduct reference checks.
- Stage 5
Offer
Once refences for the selected candidate are satisfactorily complete, an offer of employment will be made.
- Stage 6
Hired
Once a candidate is selected, references are checked, and an offer is made and accepted, the chosen candidate will be hired.
